Ground Beef and Rice Dish

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels (remove)Stewed Tomatoes, 1.5 cup (remove)Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice, 3 cup (remove)
Directions
Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain. stir in the corn, tomatoes, rice mix and seasoning packet. Pour into a sprayed slow cooker and add 2 1/2 cups water. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 4 1/2 hours or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Taste for seasoning. You may want to add a little salt or pepper.
