Unstuffed Cabbage

Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) Ground beef, extra lean, 16 ozOnions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cupSalt, 1 tsp Tomato Soup, 2 can (10.75 oz) Best Choice Instant White Rice, .75 cupPepper, black, 1 tsp
Directions
Brown beef with onion. Stir in rice, salt and pepper. Chop cabbage and layer it in the bottom of a well greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Spoon meat mixture over cabbage. Mix soup and water and pour it evenly over the top. Sprinkle with Parm cheese. Cover with heavy-duty aluminum foil. Bake for 90 minutes at 350.
