Ingredients
Asparagus, fresh, 2 cupZucchini, 1 cup, sliced Bell Pepper, Red, Raw, Slices, 1 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Makes 4 Servings:
Slice and/or chop all ingredients and mix together. Place in preheated (350-degree) oven for 20 minutes, until lightly browned. Serve.
