Yummy Chicken Quesadillas

(3) 10 inch MIssion Flour Tortilla 96% fat freeChicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces Trimmed of fat(1)Green Pepper, choppedOnions, raw, 0.5 cup, choppedGarlic, 1 clove minced1.5 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend
Cook chicken in pan and set aside to cool
While chicken is cooking, cut up green pepper, onion, and garlic.
Toss veggetables into pan and cook on medium heat until onions are transparent stirring frequently
Cut chicken into small pieces and stir into veggie mix.
Add one tortilla to a non-stick skillet.
Spread 1/4 cup cheese on tortilla, then add 1/3 of chicken mixture on half the tortilla
Add an additional 1/4 cup cheese on top of chicken and fold other half of tortilla over.
Cook until cheese is melted and repeat for additional quesadillas.
*Serve with Taco Bell Fat Free Refried Beans, salsa and sour cream (not inluded in counts
