Cranberry Feta Asparagus

Ingredients
- 150 g Asparagus- 0.5 tbsp Sherry Vinegar- 1 tbsp Light Feta Cheese- 1 tbsp Dried Cranberries- salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Steam asparagus in a steamer over boiling water for about 2 minutes or until crisp tender. Drizzle with sherry vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle Feta and Cranberries on top, serve and enjoy to complement any protein.

Serving Size: could be two servings or one large one!
