Brighid's Crockpot Granola

Ingredients
1 c water.25 c brown sugar.25 c canola water6 c oats.5 c wheat bran.5 c pitted prunes60 g candied ginger1 c dried apricots.5 c peanuts.5 c walnuts3 T sesame seedscinnamonginger
Directions
Warm water, brown sugar and oil in crockpot for a half hour in 30 minutes.

Add oats and wheat bran to crockpot, turn to high. Stir every half hour for an hour and a half. Turn to crockpot to low and stir once an hour until toasty (done). In my crockpot, this is one hour.

Add remaining ingredients and stir.
