Cooking Light Sausage & Chicken Gumbo

Ingredients
2 tbsp all purpose flour1 tbsp canola oil1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped bell pepper1 cup chopped celery3 tbsp minced garlic1/2 tsp dried thyme1/4 tsp red pepper2 cups chopped skinless chicken breast1 package Jennie O Turkey Keilbasa1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes with garlic1 (14 oz) can low-sodium chicken broth
Directions
While rice cooks, combine flour and oil in a Dutch oven; saute over medium-high heat 3 minutes. Add onion and next 5 ingredients (onion through red pepper); cook 3 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently.
Stir in chicken, kielbasa, tomatoes, and broth; cook 6 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve over rice.
