Crystal's Spinach Spectacular!

Ingredients
1/2 onion chopped1 package of fresh white mushrooms chopped1/2 zuccini chopped1 carrot chopped1 cup chopped broccoli1 bunch fresh spinach chopped3 tbsp Olive Oil3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar3 tbsp Teryaki SauceSalt, Pepper, Garlic and Basil to taste
Directions
Sautee onion and mushrooms in olive oil. Add zuccini, broccoli, carrots and cover with the bunch of spinach. Let cook until Spinach is half wilted. Pour the teryaki and balsamic over the spinach and continue to cook. Just before the spinach is done add the cooked brown rice over it and stir until heated through. Add spices to taste and voila! Dinner is done!
