4 Hour Body Pancakes

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)egg white, fresh, 2 large (remove)*Muscle Milk Protein Plus Vanilla (Costco), 2 serving (remove)Vanilla Extract, .9 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Water, tap, 2 fl oz (remove)1/2 Tbsp of organic almond butter- for topping (optional and not in nutrition info)
Directions
Mix all ingredients and cook like pancakes in PAM sprayed skillet. About 2-3 minutes each side, they will bubble like pancakes when ready to flip.

Drizzle with almond butter. Makes 4 pancakes (1/4 C each of batter), 2 servings.
