California-Style Breakfast Roll-ups

Ingredients
2 oz Chicken Breast Meat, broiled, diced2 Tbls Alfalfa Sprouts2 Tbls Guacamole1/2 C Egg Beaters (or 2 Egg Whites)2 oz Fat Free Jalapeño Jack Cheese (Trader Joe's)2 6-inch Corn Tortillas
Directions
Scramble Egg Beaters (or egg whites) and cheese with cooked chicken over medium heat until done.

Wrap tortillas in paper towel and heat in microwave until just warm.

Scoop mixture into the center of tortillas and top with Guacamole and Sprouts. Roll up and Enjoy!
