8-oz can corn1/4 C whole wheat pastry flour2 egg whites1/4 C unsweetened soy milk
Add corn to a food processor or blender and pulse a few times. Add remaining ingredients and blend until mixture is combined and a little chunky. Pour 1/4 cup of the mixture onto heated skillet, sprayed with oil. Turn when edges start to dry out.
