Char and Shrimp Coconut Soup

Ingredients
Directions
1 can coconut milk (I use full fat)3 cup chicken broth9 oz Arctic Char (grilled or baked with salt)4 tbsp lemon juice2 tsp ground ginger2 carrots, sliced2 tsp green curry pasteSea salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients except shrimp. Bring to boil, then simmer 15 minutes, adding shrimp 10 minutes before done.
Tastes best if left over night and reheated.
Refrigerate leftovers
