Crockpot Hot Beef for Sandwiches

Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 3 lb Trimmed of fatOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 3 clove mincedCider Vinegar, .25 cup *Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can*Horseradish, 1 tbsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 Tbsp.
1. Spray the crockpot with cooking spray.
2. Trim the beef leaving as little fat as possible and put it into
the crockpot.
3. Chop onion and garlic. Put over the beef.
4. Pour in the 1/4 cup of cider vinegar.
5. Cover and cook on low for 7 1/2 hours.
6. During the last half hour, Shred the beef and add the can
of soup, horseradish and the Worcestershire Sauce. Mix
well and let it cook until heated through.
