Ingredients
Kale, 2 cup, chopped Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed Aldi's Soymilk, 1 cup Dates, 3 wholeBanana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) carob powder, 1TB **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp
Directions
Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Works best if you 'tamp' down occasionally.
Once it is liquified.....just LET 'ER WHIRL
