2 cups WW Flour1/4 cup Brown Sugar2 1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1/2 cup cold butter1 1/4 cups Rolled Oats2/3 cup craisins3/4 cup milk2 tsp raw sugar
Preheat oven to 400 F. In bowl combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the butter until crumbly. Add Oats and Craisins and mix well. Stir in milk and mix until moist. Turn dough onto floured surface and knead gently 8-10 times. On a baking stone or pan, press into a square that is 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle Raw sugar on top. Cut square diagonally to form 16 triangles and separate slightly. Bake at 400 for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
