super crunch salad

Ingredients
It is best to make the dressing ahead and reserve.cook the wild rice and reserve 1 cup for salad. Cook the ear of corn and take off the husk and reserve. Drain the black beans very wellAdd all the rest of the ingredients and let the salad sit for at least 1 hour. As it ages it will get better.
Directions
wash and prep all vegetables.
cook wild rice for 40 minutes and cool totally, use reserve
1 cup for summer salad recipe recipe
cook ear of corn in microwave for 3 minutes and cool
(I place plastic wrap over corn after i clean and wash it)
drain black beans very well
to a mixing bowl add;
diced red onions, sliced red peppers. diced celery, grated carrots. snap peas are cleaned, stems removed and sliced into 4 pieces
shell fresh or frozen thawed edamama
dressing is made by mixing brown sugar 3 tsp, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. add 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper
1/4th tsp garlic powder
1 tsp fresh basil
4 drops of tabasico sauce (if you like a tiny bit of a hot kick)
may leave out.
