Ingredients
Ingredients:*Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, raw, 1.5 lb *Bread Crumbs, 1.5 cup (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup *Dairy - Ramano Cheese, 4 oz Sage, ground, 1 tbsp Egg, fresh, 2 extra large Flour, whole grain, .25 cup Butter, salted, 2 tbsp Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
preheat oven to 425. Mix bread crumbs with cheese and sage in shallow bowl. In separate bowl, beat eggs. Spread flour on plate and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Rinse pork chops and pat dry. Coat chops in flour, then dip in egg and roll in bread crumb mixture. In oven-save skillet, add oil and butter and melt over medium heat. Add pork chops to skillet and cook about 2 minutes per side until golden. Place skillet into oven and bake about 10 minutes until an internal temperature of 150 degrees. Let meat rest for 5 minutes before serving.
