Pita Pizza--Veggie Style

Ingredients
Pita bread 100% whole wheat, 1 serving (remove) Spaghetti Sauce, 4 tbsp (remove) Ricotta cheese, fat-free, 2 oz (remove) Add any veggies you like. I added approximately the following amounts of veggies to my pizza. **Mushrooms, fresh, 0.10 cup, pieces or slices (remove) **Broccoli, fresh, 0.10 cup, chopped (remove) **Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped (remove)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 415 degrees.
Place the pita on a greased cookie sheet (or aluminum foil). I used PAM spray to grease the sheet.
Place the pita in the oven for about 7-8 minutes to crisp (less if you don't like a crispy crust).
Remove pita from oven. Add pasta sauce, veggies, and ricotta cheese.
Bake pizza for 7-10 more minutes until desired doneness.

Serving Size: Makes 1 personal pizza.
