Squash Pie

2.5 cups any type of squash or asweet potatoe1 cup skim milk1 cup powdered milk1 cup egg beaters or egg whites1 cup splenda sweetner1 tsp. cinnamon, ground1/2 tsp. ginger, ground1/2 tsp. nutmeg, ground
Peel and cut squash into 1" sections, boil
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix
Drain squash when soft and mash. Combine all ingredients, mix thoroughly. Pour into 9" deep pie dish. Bake at 400*f for 45 minutes or until knife pulls out clean. Slice into 8 sections.
