Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
4 fresh shiitake mushrooms7 stalks napa cabbage1 lb lean ground beef (or turkey)1/2 onion, chopped2 T hoisin sauce1 T soy sauce1/4 t five-spice powder1 (8 oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained12 large leaves iceburg lettuce
Directions
Remove and discard stems from shiitake mushrooms. Then chop the mushroom caps. Chop napa cabbage, keeping leaves and stems separate.

Lightly coat work or skillet with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat. Add meat and stir fry until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Remove turkey from wok and set aside.

Lightly recoat the wok or skillet with cooking spray. Add chopped cabbage stems and onion; stir fry until tender, about 2 minutes.

Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and five-spice powder. Add cabbage leaves, mushrooms, and water chestnuts; stir fry for about 1 minute. Add cooked turkey back into the skillet and stir-fry until well combined and heated through, about 2 more minutes.

Place 3 lettuce leaves on each plate and divide stiry fry mixture into 4 portions. Serve and enjoy!
