Baked Deer meatballs

Ingredients
Directions
Deer Meat, 16 oz Garlic, 2 cloves Egg, fresh, 1 large Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup Parsley, .75 tbsp Bread, whole wheat (including toast), 8 ozWater, tap, .75 cup (8 fl oz)
Mix all ingredients together (salt and pepper to taste, but I don't use any)
Bake in a 345 degree oven on sprayed cookie sheet and flip about half way through. Increas temp to about 375 to 400 last 5-10 minutes to get a more done outside.
I prepare with a spoonful of sauce on the side to dip and a little extra cheese onto (suggestion not included in nutrition)
Serving Size: about 5 meatballs (makes about 30)
