Buffalo Chicken Soup

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 15 ounces Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 1 cupHot Pepper Sauce, 3/4 cupCream of Chicken Soup, 3 can (10.75 oz) Skim Milk, 4 3/4 cupFresh celery, 4 stalksBleu Cheese crumbles, 1 cup
Directions
Combine all ingredients except celery in slow cooker. Cook on high heat 4-6 hours.

Turn cooker to low heat. Chop celery and add to 10 minutes before serving.

Serve with 2 tbsp bleu cheese crumbles

    I found this recipe on another site . I needed to put it in my tracker and was happy to find almost the exact recipe here. It is a snowy cold day, so this is comfort food. I used light soups, light sour cream, nuggets for chicken, and half cup bl.chese dressing as called for by other recipe. Yum - 12/21/08
