Ingredients
250 g lean ground beef meat1 cup grated onion1/2 cup grated carrot1/2 cup chopped parsley1 tbspn tomato paste1 med fresh egg (beaten slightly)1/4 cup non fat milksalt, pepper,paprika
Directions
1 Mix all ingredients very well.
2. Place in fridge for about 30 min
3. Take out of fridge and make 5 patties
4..Cook on griddle for about 10 min or untill cooked

P.s You can add to mixture your 2 tbspn of oat bran per pattie,
