Crunchy Tuna Melt

Ingredients
1 - 5 oz can albacore tuna packed in water 2 tbsp pickle relish2 tbsp low fat mayonnaise3 tbsp chopped onion1 stalk of celery chopped3 slices medium tomato1/2 oz slice of chedder cheese - cut into three sections1 and 1/2 English muffin
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Mix tuna, onion, celery, mayonnaise, mustard & pickle relish in a bowl until well combined.

3. Toast english muffin place tuna mixture on each half of english muffin. Add one slice of tomato and 1/3 chesse each.

4.Bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted
