Shredded Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients
6 lbs chicken breast (boiled)1/2 cup (1 stick) butter1 can cream of chicken soup1 can cream of celery soup1 med onion, diced2 stalkes celery, diced1 cup heavy whipping cream3 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Boil chicken breast until cooked throughly.

While chicken is cooking, cut up your onion and celery. Place in slow cooker/crock pot along with cream soups.

Once chicken is cooked through, allow to cool slightly and shred into slow cooker/crock pot. Add butter and whipping cream.

Cook on low heat for 8-10 hours, stirring occasionally. Add cheese just before serving.

Serve on fresh bakery bun (not included in nutritional value).
Also good as a wrap or dip for tortilla or corn chips.
