Coconut Chocolate Chip Macaroons

Ingredients
3 large egg whites1/3 cup sugar1 1/2 tsp vanilla or almond extract2 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Whisk egg whites with sugar, add vanilla, coconut, and chocolate chips. Scoop with a 1 tbsp size scoop and place about 1 inch apart on 1 large or 2 medium cookie sheets lined w/ parchment. Back until tops start to brown, about 15-18 minutes. Cool on cooling rack for 30 minutes.
