Ingredients
Vegetable Broth, 4 cup Pumpkin (canned), 15 oz Curry Powder, 6 tsp Flour, white, .25 cup Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp
Directions
Melt Butter in a large pot, add curry powder and flour and mix into a paste. Add Vegetable broth while whisking. Allow for it to thicken and bubble, then add the rest of the ingredients while stirring.
