Ingredients
Pro Lab Pure Whey chocolate protien powder, 32 gram(s) Milk, 1%, 1 cup Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, .25 cup, unthawed
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender and combine on a high speed until well blended. This also makes a quick breakfast or lunch alternative when you are in a hurry. If you add a frozen banana instead of fresh it makes the shake even thicker! Makes 1 serving.
