Ingredients
3 oz shrimp1/2 cup panko bread crumbs1 egg white1 tsp garlic powderdash of crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Dip unpeeled shrimp in egg white mixture. Then dip in panko, mixed with garlic and crushed red pepper. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 mins. flip midway.
