Easy Whole Wheat Rolls

Ingredients
1 1/4 c whole wheat flour2 TBSp sugar1/2 tsp salt1 TBSP yeast1 c warm milk3 TBSP melted butter1 large egg 1 c white flour (or enought o make the dough easy to handle)
Directions
Mix all ingredients, minus the white flour. Let sit and rise a couple of times while stirring down. Then add teh white flour and knead enough in to make a soft dough. Oil top with olive oil, cover and let rise double. Put in muffin tins making clover leaf with three small balls of dough. Let raise till double. Bake 400 degrees about 15 minutes. Makes 1 dozen
