Whole grain banana pancakes

Ingredients
Beat 1 egg white until frothyBeat into egg white:1 1/4 cup Organic fat free milkThen beat into mixture:1/2 cup each WW Pastry flour & Oat flour (both organic)1/4 cup all purpose flour1 tsp. brown sugar1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon2 tbsp Wesson Canola oil1 1/2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp saltStir in1 medium banana (sliced)1/4 cup crushed pecans
Directions
Beat egg; add in milk ; Stir in flours, sugar, oil, baking powder and salt.
Heat griddle until water dances on it
Pour batter onto griddle forming 4" round pancakes
When tops bubble and edges dry (quickly if griddle is hot), flip pancakes and continue cooking an additional minute or two until done.
Thin or thicken pancakes by adding more liquid, or flour, as desired.
