Gluten Free Dairy Free No Sugar Fruit Cobbler

1 T coconut oil1 T Earth Balance (or butter or other substitute)1 cup gluten free all purpose flour (I used Bob's Red Mill)1 cup almond milk1 tsp vanilla1/2 cup date paste (77 grams of dates blended with water) or date sugar1 tsp cinnamon1.5 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt2 cups blueberries3 large peaches, chopped
Preheat oven to 350.
Melt coconut oil and Earth Balance in 9x13 pan in oven.
Mix together flour, almond milk, vanilla, date paste, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
Pour into melted oil mixture. Do not stir.
Top evenly with fruit.
Bake until browned around the edges and cooked in middle, about 35-40 minutes.
