Better For You Ham & Cheese Omelette

Ingredients
1 large egg2 large egg whites2 tbsp. shredded cheddar cheese1/2 oz. deli ham, choppedNon-stick cooking spray
Directions
Beat eggs together in a bowl until well blended. Stir in chopped ham.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Add egg mixture to skillet and cook on both sides.

Sprinkle cheese on one side and flip over egg. Place omelette on plate and let sit for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
