Ingredients
4 egg yolks1 cup non fat milk4 tsp Splenda or other1/4 Cup Gelatin0.5 Lemon for juice and 1tsp Peel1.5 cup 2% cottage cheese1/2 tsp salt4 egg whites
Directions
Serves 8 average slices

IN 5 EASY STEPS

1.Cook yolks with milk,Splenda and Gelatin over simmering water stirring until mixture thickens to coat back of spoon.

2.Add cottage cheese and put in liquidizer until smooth.

3.Add Lemon juice.Set mixture aside until cold but not set

4.Beat salt sugar and whites together until stiff and fold into cheese mixture

5.Pour into mould and chill until firm!!
