Ingredients
1 tsp Salt 2 tbsp Sunflower Oil .5 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
Directions
mix potatoes bread crumbs and salt if you want can add chopped coriander . mix them nicely divide the mixture into 6 parts . and flatten in your palm in the shape of round patties . spray the nonstick pan with cooking oil and cook untuill both the sides are brown.

serve hot with ketchup or sweet tamrind chutney
