Ingredients
4 cups Coconut Milk4 cups Applesauce, Unsweetened4 servings Egg Whites150 tsps. Splenda No Calorie Sweetener7 cups Post Raisen Bran Cereal5 cups Whole Wheat Flour5 tsps Baking Soda2 tsps Salt
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in LARGE mixing bowl. Mix wet ingredients separately in another bowl. Stir wet mixture into dry mixture. Divide into 4 equal covered containers and refrigerate for up to 6 weeks. Each container should make about 16 small muffins. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 mins. Muffins should not be baked the same day you mix the batter. They're much better if they sit at least 24 hours.
