Spanish Rice

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey, Italian flavoredMixture of colored peppers 1/2 cup, choppedOlive Oil, 2 Tablespoons1/2 cup onion, choppedDash of SaltDash of Black PepperGarlic powder, 1 teaspoonTeaspoon of Cumin1 cup cooked brown rice.50 cup cheddar cheese.50 cup Chunky mild salsa
Directions
Saute peppers and onions in olive oil until onions are clear in large pan. Push to the side. Add ground turkey and cook until browned. Mix together the vegetables with the cooked turkey.

Add brown rice with the spices and mix well. Add the cheese and the salsa. Serve with a salad.
