Torfurky Pasta Veggie Bakeitifyouwant

1 pkg Tofurky Italian Sausage with Sundried Tomatoes and Basil, cut in 1" pieces on the diagonal1 jar Prego Italian Sauce1/2 Bag Delallo Organic Rigatoni Whole Wheat Pasta, cooked1 pkg of Steamfresh Mixed Vegetables, microwaved1 - 8oz bag of Kraft Natural Mozzerella cheese
Put water on to boil for pasta. Slice Tofurky in 1" pieces, on the diagonal. Place in large pan on the stove. Pour Prego over the top of the Tofurky pieces, stir, and cover and cook on medium. Water should be boiling, put pasta in boiling water, and cook for 11 minutes. Turn down heat on Tofurky and sauce, and put Steamfresh veggies in the microwave for 4.5 minutes. Add the Steamfresh veggies to the Tofurkey and sauce, and stir.
Drain pasta, and transfer into the Tofurky, sauce, and veggie mix. Stir everything together.
Transfer to serving bowls, and top with 1/4C of Mozz cheese.
