summer squash and zucchini

Ingredients
2 small Yellow Summer Squash2 Zucchini, baby1/4 cup, Onions, sliced thin1 tbsp Oregano, ground1 tsp Garlic powder2 tbsp Olive Oil1/4 c water
Directions
Clean squash and zucchini, slice about 1/4 " thick. Cut thin slices of 1/2 of a medium sized onion (approx /14 c). On Medium heat, saute onion in olive oil until soft and beginning to turn golden brown ( about 5 min). Add squash, zucchini, seasoning and water. Cover and continue cooking over medium heat for about 7-10 additional minutes. Remove from heat and enjoy - makes 4 servings (approx 1/2 c each)
