Ingredients
Portabella Mushrooms, 100 grams (one large)Arugala 0 pt, 3 oz (or a little less)Goat Cheese 3pt, 1 oz (remove)Walnut Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
Directions
I always cook this in iron skillet. When gill side is cooked flip, stuff and cook other side.
The cheese melts best with a lid.
