Homemade Fruit Smoothie

1/2 cup Frozen (or fresh) Blueberries1/2 cup Frozen (or fresh) Raspberries1/2 cup Frozen (or fresh) Mangos10 - 12 large Frozen (or fresh) Strawberries1 medium banana1/3 cup milk (Low fat, i.e. 1%)1/3 cup unsweetened fruit juice (Tropicana Tropics)1 tsp Vanilla extract
Blend frozen fruit (in blender) on low speed for approx. 30 seconds. Add remainder of fruit, milk and juice, then blend again on medium - high for approx. 2 mins or until desired smoothie consistency.
For thicker consistency use less milk/juice and for thinner consistnecy, use more.
Serving Size: makes 4 - 6 oz servings
