Homemade(No Cook)Strawberry Jam, sugar free

Ingredients
4 cups of crushed strawberries1 cup of Splenda (no calorie sweetener)1 packet of Bernardin freezer jam pectin sugar free
Directions
Place washed and hulled strawberries into a large bowl. Add Splenda and let sit 15 minutes. Crush with a potato masher until slightly chunky or until desired consistency. Then add packet of Bernardin freezer jam pectin sugar free and stir for a few minutes. Ladle or spoon jam into clean jars or plastic containers. Will keep in the fridge for 3 weeks and in the freezer for at least a year.
