Ingredients
1 lb Shady Brook Lean Ground Turkey, 453.6 gram(s)1 tbsp Barbecue Sauce2 cloves Garlic1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper1/8 c Bread Crumbs - Italian Style (optional)1 Egg
Directions
Preheat grill to medium.
In a medium bowl, blend all ingredients well with your hands; form into 4 patties.
Grill burgers flipping every few minutes until they reach desired level of doneness.
