Ingredients
1 package 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach3/4 cup Egg Beaters3/4 cup shredded reduced fat cheese1/4 cup diced green bell peppers1/4 cup diced onions3 drops hot pepper sauce (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients.
Divide evenly in muffin cups.
Bake 20 minutes at 350.
Enjoy!
