Low-Carb Broccoli Cheese soup

Ingredients
2 Cups cooked broccoli4 ounces cream cheese3/4 Cup heavy cream2 Cup water2 packages chicken bouillon3/4 Cup cheddar cheese, shredded pepper to taste
Directions
Combine cooked broccoli, cream cheese, heavy cream &
3/4 Cup water in food processor. Blend until smooth.
Transfer mixture to pot add bouillon, pepper
and rest of water 1 1/4 Cups.
Simmer over medium heat. Add cheddar & stir until
melted.

    This was pretty darn good. I didn't have heavy cream, but I did have 1/2 and 1/2, so I used that and 2 extra oz. of cream cheese. - 1/26/16
