Ingredients
1.fry chopped onions in oil unless light golden2.put chopped bittergourd in it fry for a min3.then add red pepper powder 1 tsp,salt to taste,turmeric powder 1 tsp,coriander powder 1 tsp & let it cook for a while4.on the other side boil channa daal5.now add tomatoes & chilli in cooked masala n let them cook on a low flame.6.now add channa daal in bittergourd mixed well n let i cooked on low flame for 3 min7.served with chappati or boled rice
