Soy Cheese, 2 oz *Wildwood Sprouted Tofu, 8 oz Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula, 6 Tbspn Spinach, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) yields**Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Blend Lasagna Pasta, 187.8 gram(s) *Trader Joe's Unsweetened Soy Milk, 1 cup*Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added, 1 can Onions, raw, .25 cup, choppedGarlic, 3 clove saltpepperspices
saute garlic and onions until translucent. mix in frozen spinach. blend tofu, nutritional yeast and soy milk in blender. add sauteed garlic, onion and spinach to soy mixture. blend and add salt and pepper to taste. layer 2-3 tbsp of tomatoes on bottom of oven proof dish then a layer of lasagna and then a layer soy mixture. repeat until all ingredients are used. Sprinkle top with grated soy cheese. bake at 350 for 30-40mins until bubbling.
