Tommy's Low Fat Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
1 Pound (16 ounces) 93%-95% fat free Ground Beef or Chuck1 30 ounce can diced tomatos1 30 ounce can tomato sauce1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped green bell pepper1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms2 cloves chopped fresh garlic, or 2 tablespoon chopped garlic or garlic powder3 tablespoons of Italian Seasoning BlendSalt and black pepper to taste
Directions
In a 2 quart saucepan, brown ground beef and leave the beef in saucepan.
Add garlic, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and seasoning, cook on low heat for about 10 minutes, or until vegetables are soft.
Add diced tomatos, simmer for 30 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Add tomato sauce and stir the mixture over medium heat, bringing it back to a simmer.
Cool 5 minutes and serve.

Serve over your favorite whole grain pasta or brown rice for a healthy, low fat meal.
