Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients
2 skinless chicken breasts cut in 1 inch cubes3 cups fat free chicken broth or stock3 cups water2 cloves garlic minced2 bay leavessalt and pepper to taste1 pkg frozen mixed vegs1/2 cup wild rice1 to 2 tbsp cornstarch1.25 cups fat free half and half
Directions
cook chicken, garlic , salt and pepper in broth and water. Add Bay leaves, vegetable and rice. Cook for at least an hour on simmer (till rice is done). mix corn starch and ff half and half in bowl and combine with soup. Bring back to simmer until thickened.
