Caprese Burgers with Basil Mayo

Basil Mayo:4 tablespoons Olive Oil Mayo2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped1 glove garlic, mincedBurger:1 pound lean ground beef1/2 pound ground turkey1 large egg1/4 cup parmesan cheese1/4 cup mozzarella cheese1/4 cup basil leaves, chopped2 teaspoons garlic salt1 can tomato pastefresh cracked pepper4 Ciabatta rolls4 slices of tomato4 large basil leaves
1. Mix mayo ingredients well. Chill for 20 minutes.
2. Preheat grill to medium high.
3. Mix ingredients together. Form into 4 equal patties.
4. Cook to desired doneness. Spread 1 tablespoon of may on each roll. Serve topped with a basil leaf and tomato slice on ciabatta roll.
Serving Size: makes 4 6-ounce burgers
